Hi There,

I've recently returned from a long trip from visiting europe. Yet I find that I have been Perma Banned, however I noticed a post about someone accessing database of another server with acc details.

If that server was feenix wow then I think I may have been one of the ones who was hacked :/

Can I be provided with a reason to why I was banned I don't even know when this would of happened...

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. If you'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions you may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

Don't bother if you did in fact buy gold, since the review will just come back confirming the offence.

I really can't remember alot of my gold transactions I gave gold/traded to a few friends of mine ingame I believe before I left. From your pov that is detected as gold trafficking :S Well yes in literal terms the movement of ones gold to another player will always be seen as trafficking. I always labelled my ingame mail.. to attempt to avoid such a confrontation as I'd seen the bans people got on this forum thread.

Would you please be able to provide me with some evidence of trafficked gold. I appreciate you guys are guys are very busy and I've waited patiently for a response in such dire times.

Upon review, this ban was placed on the account on December 20, 2015. It is well past the 30 day window available for appeal.
