Hi. I have not played for several months when I decided to enter the game, received a message that my account was banned, I want to know why my account banned if I had not played for several months?

How much time you need to make a decision?

Most reviews take between two to 14 days from what I have seen looking at the posts from many dozens of them over the last few months of history.

They also had a mass of compromised accounts lately which has greatly increased their workload I am guessing.
