Banned was on vacation...

banned permanently for some reason
i have been on Easter vacation for the last week
and i usually play from an internet cafe down the street
i would really appreciate any help in knowing what caused the ban and the possible return of my account
i have read in the banned ? read this before posting that i should be more aware of where i am using my account info , but i am sorry i wouldn't of expected anyone to hack me in that cafe...and i really enjoy playing the game with my friends since we all started together ,i hope that some sort of explanation can be given
