Dear GM,
My account is banned. I have tried any means I can find and these were all failed. I logged on the website to see my status, it seems like everything is fine. I also changed my password for several times. But I still cannot get into the game. I tried to log another account of mine, I can get into the game. However, when it comes back to my first account, it fails. It keeps showing me that my account was frozen. I cannot find a solution to this problem. Please give me a hand. Thank you.
