My account is banned and I need some help

Sorry to bother you, my account is banned somehow for the reason I could not figure out. As I certainly know, I never use illegal third-party software, I did not have gold trade either. Could u kindly review the process? I am looking forward to get my account back. With many thanks, hoping for your reply.

where is the GM?
Since my Lv60 mage was banned for no reason and so far no reply, I try to start again, but it was banned too unexpectedly, Character Name: Magiclilith ; Server: Nostalrius PVP, O N L Y Lv15 mage.
WTF?
Does GM live on banning account for fun?
No gold trafficing, no illegal third-party application, banned for no reason, even you GM unblock my account, I would never return, this server really sucks, the same as this shit forum.

The account associated with Adamlily was banned for gold trafficking. This offence has already been confirmed by carefully examining your transactions and there is no opportunity for appeal. The account will stay permanently banned.
Feel free to create a new account and continue your journey on Nostalrius Begins, but follow the rules this time.
The account associated with Magiclilith has never been banned. Most likely you (or someone else) tried to log in to an account on the IP address with too many wrong attempts. Try again after waiting some time.
