Bumping just increases your wait time. You only maybe need to bump if it's been 2+ weeks without a response.

Did you spell the name of your character correctly? There is no character named Naturaligh on the PvP server.
Please provide the name of a character on the account. Also, do not bump the thread, except to answer this question. It increases your wait time.
