Banned OR NOT? HELP ASAP PLS !!!!

Hi, greeting GM team.

This is the first time I post a topic in this forum and applogize for any violation of the forum's rules if it occurs. Ok, back to my problem, I cant connect to game and tell me it's was banned. I tried to check account status on Nostalrius homepage, it seems to be my account is OK according to "enjoy your stay in nostalrius". I have no idea what happened to my account and Im sure my client is all right because of successfully login in of other accounts. It will be great if our outstanding game master team could find out the reason for me?

I really really miss my friends and mates in the game. It could be my worst days for me this year. I know you wonderful guys need sometime to check out the reason for me and I really appreciate for that. Please get response back to me A.S.A.P.

I know it's need time to do the investigation, but I really feel like one year has past. I cant stand the life without Nostalrius for every single day. So pls try your best of best to help me and that will be truely appreciate.
