Perm Banned.

I tried to login to my account earlier, but I noticed it was "banned permanently". What I did yesterday is something I'm well aware off. I afk'd in AV while doing other stuff, I used my wireless keyboard while watching a movie in the background and prevented myself from going ./afk. I do realize what I did was wrong. I was stunned when I got immediately perm ban, I thought a warning would be in order. Once again, I realize what I did was wrong, but it wont happen again. And I've NEVER done this apart from yesterday. And I didnt use any third-party softare called "bot", I merely pushed W every now and then to avoid getting kicked out of the battleground, WITH my keyboard. Edited as I realized it could sound wrong, my apologies.

I refer to your own terms of agreement:

For minor infringements. A warning is first given to inform a player about the rules and warn him about future sanctions. Warnings remain in the player's record.

* AFK in BGs;"

And I'm certainly not justifying what I did, I am well aware I broke the "terms of agreement", but isn't a permanent ban based on one afk-incident a bit harsch. I would understand it if I was to use a bot or some sort of third-party software

It's a bit late you figure out having an AFK bot was a bad idea.

If you were banned for botting, then that ban is indeed permanent.
You can get a second chance on Nostalrius by rerolling a new character from level 1 if you stick to the rules this time.

Haha, you clearly dont know the definition it seems. So if I understand things correctly, by using your keyboard to prevent yourself from getting AFK, is according to you a "bot". You should update your "terms of agreement", could clearly be misunderstood. And as it seems you're using your own definition on things. I bid you, farewell.

Do you have reading comprehension issues?

He was was simply jumping or moving to avoid getting the 5min afk debuff. He wasn't by ANY means "botting" according to his explanation.

For the record, this is unreal if this player has been perma banned due to simply leeching a BG instead of a warning into a temporary ban. But I'm going to assume there's more to it than that since that would be just ridiculous.

Such is the truth. It's ridiculous how you dont even get to defend yourself without people judging you automatically. But as it seems, admins have already made up their minds, and they've also decided to go against their own principles. That is, give me a warning, give me a temp ban. I've learned my lesson. Would be nice to know how they've figured out the whole part about using a "bot", since there was none. Once again, I bid you farewell.

Do you really think that GM's just ban you when they see you AFK jumping in a Battleground?

They have ways to confirm this and every player that actually just pressed the buttons by himself could have prevented the ban.

Yes, Actually I believe there's a lot of people getting banned from the left to the right without legitimate reasons. If you just simply go through the forum you'll notice that people are wrong fully accused followed by a ban. Read for an example about the guy getting DC in a battleground followed by ban.
