Banned with no reason?

I seriously do not know what I did wrong because I never use bad language.
The past few weeks I did a lot of BG which I always put real effort in, and U can see that in my logs.
It did happen one time that I went to get a drink real fast so I was like away for 30s to 1 min.
As soon as I came back, I saw a guy complaining bout me afking.. Which is ridicioulus because I farm honor trough myself I always get like 50k - 100k a week. So I was quite happy with my 192k last week. Im not a BG afker or something like that.. Please response quick.
