Can't reset password via email

Hi,
Actually i have an access to my account and my e-mail, but i can't reset password via email. I am sure that I didn't get email verification when my acc was registrated (August of the 2015th). So I assume that my email was not linked to my account. Can you help me? I am ready to provide any account's data.

I tried it, but I got "The username or the email is wrong.". I am sure that a typed username and email were correct, but... oh, I don't know why it's wrong, I have access to my account and e-mail, but can't use password reset.

Whether is it possible my account has no e-mail ?
May be I can tell account data to GM's for check (I could make some typo when registering I don't know), or you'll send me reset email manually.

GMs dont give this out due to safety reason, sorry but ur fucked.

Yeah this is rediculous. I have a similar issue and would like to protect my account. They need to be able to give us information like what email is assigned to the account which should not be an issue. I have forgot what email i entered way back when i created it so i can no longer reset password. No reason this info can't be provided.
