Account ban was lifted but still banned.

Dear GMs,

I have a mage in PVP named [Marcoliu], this account was banned recently. After apeal recently, I got a letter that my banned account was lifted. I changed the password and unlock the country restriction. However, the account is still be banned. I don't know what to do.

Another strange thing is that, after changing the password, the password for forum and that for account becomes 2 different one.
