I currently cannot log on to my account. Every time I do, I am instantly disconnected, most likely because I recently relocated, and I am IP locked out of my account.
I know the "solution" is to reset my IP lock. I have tried that. Unfortunately, the website tells me the reset email has been sent "successfully," but it isn't being sent at all. I have checked my spam/junk/deleted mail folder, and there's nothing there, so I am just not receiving the emails at all. I've found other people are also having this issue as well.
Can a GM please intervene on this situation? My character is Hobobobo (Rogue, Horde) on the PvP server.
