Account IP issue - need GM intervention

I currently cannot log on to my account. Every time I do, I am instantly disconnected, most likely because I recently relocated, and I am IP locked out of my account.

I know the "solution" is to reset my IP lock. I have tried that. Unfortunately, the website tells me the reset email has been sent "successfully," but it isn't being sent at all. I have checked my spam/junk/deleted mail folder, and there's nothing there, so I am just not receiving the emails at all. I've found other people are also having this issue as well.

Can a GM please intervene on this situation? My character is Hobobobo (Rogue, Horde) on the PvP server.

Greetings,

We cannot intervene in the situation here, unfortunately. You seem to be doing what you need to to reset the Country IP Lock. Since the mail is sent successfully, that means you have the right E-mail account. The only thing we can suggest is to look to see if your mail is working, or forwarded to another E-mail, etc.
