Account closed. Please help

Hi,

When I try to log in I get the error that my account has been closed. I believe it is because of the gold I accepted off someone on my friends list to help buy my mount.

I wasn't aware that accepting gold from other players was against the rules.

What can I do to have my account unblocked? Thanks for the help.
