I find that I have been Perma Banned，GM say me handup in AV
I'm working, so the program in the background, if I am idle, will switch back to the game, I did not hang up，and not use any Plug-in software

Can I be provided with a reason to why I was banned I don't even know when this would of happened...

Again, I'm not a robot，and not used any plug, i just switched to the background when I was working！

I can swear that if I used an anti-AFK bot, then I would rather die！！！
