account locked

so about 1 week ago i got banned, few days ago the ban was lifted, and now my account is closed and no longer available for use. was told to reset my password, so i did and i could log in and today i cant.

previus messages was as following.

Hello, so i just tried to log in and apperenly im banned, on the character Sniffi. on the pvp server.
i cant find a reason, all the info i can find is permanently banned.
would really like to know for what reason i got banned, as i done nothing wrong
