2 months off - Account Banned...

My account is banned after attempting to login, I haven't attempted to access Nostarius for 2 months
I had to reset my password just now, since trying to access the game said "Disconnected".

After resetting the password and logging in I was notified of the ban.
My character name is "Enoch"
