Banned on Chat

I have a problem, im banned on chat because i answered on a Question of a other Player on /1.
I have read the Tip on the HP i shouldn´t write on chat until lvl 15, but i don´t think at that in this moment.

Please can you me unbann on my Char Elîtess on Pvp Server Nostalrius?
