I'm currently unavailable to access my alt account, When I try to login in get instantly disconnected. I have tried with new password. Still get disconnected. Tried to delete my WTF and WDB folder. Nothing changed, any chance for help?

You want help but dont even give GM the name you have the issue with?

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

If you provide the name of a character on the account we can check to see if there is anything else going on.
