Account banned,please help

My account has login problems. Im trying to recall everything i did on nostalrius and still can not figure out the reason im getting banned. if there certainly is any inappropriate behaviour, could you plz let me know.
When i login to the web it said
I changed the password and unlock the country restriction. However, the account is still cant login. I don't know what to do. game id : callmeblues PVP server thank you
