Regarding being banned

Hello, been inactive due to irl stuff lately, came back online today to be told by multiple guild members that my alt Twink named Farey on a diff account to my main was spamming selling gold in tradechat, checked last time the toon was logged on and said 19 hours, yet i was nowhere close to a p.c during them hours, have a sneaky suspicion that the previous server i played on has sold all the old data (account info) to a 3rd party or using it themselves for there own good since its the only server i shared the same account log in and passwords as here, i currently still have my main toon on my main account but i have an idea that its only a matter of time before they log on to this and repeat the same "scam" to get it a intentional ban since there probably butthurt we as a guild moved here? i dont know. was just wondering if theres the best possible way of avoiding this, had a ticket open in game for 3 hours now but no response any chance i can chat to a GM in pm's or over TS3. Really dont wanna lose my full t2 toon and i wouldnt plan on re leveling/raiding to get back to the current position if i lost it when im innocent.

The first thing you should do is change your password on all of your accounts immediately:

Make them all unique from each other and all unique from any other password you've ever used. Also try to make them complex, using numbers, symbols and letters. Here's a good post on how to create a good password and maintain account security:

Appreciate the reply man, I don't know my email address for this account, made it well over a year ago and my active email address's I use don't match my account log in for my main, so i'm currently in the situation, enjoy my toon until fate happens and they login and get it banned what they gain from Destroying someones time i have no clue. :[
