Acoount Banned, i don't know why

on Monday, 27.03.16, 10:30 h i was in Redrige and help whith my char the char of my son (Mariojoshi, lv 15 druid) to quest. We have two PC's. We played on 2 PC's. So a other player reported us, because he think, that we make multiboxing.
So we come in a GM Room and a GM ask, why we do multiboxing?. He say, that we must any thinks, what we do and then he say, that we play over 1 PC and that i am lying. But this was wrong. After this, he banned us.

I dont know, that it is not right to help a other Player. I think that we dont make wrong thinks.

So it would by nice, when we can play again our Characters, or that the GM say me, how long the Characters are banned.

When you need, i can send a picture whith the 2 PC!
