acc cant change password

Dear GM:
my friend in game name Cocowife,he just fill in the email address by random when he register,so now he cant change the password for unlock the ip login the game.(consider he is 40 years old ,He knew virtually nothing about Internet)
he can afford any detail include register time etc ,plz ,tell me what he need to do for change password.
ps:never share acc and sell gold!

We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability. If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.
