Am i account banned

Dear My friends

I have a lot of fun in NOSTALRIUS since this month
My character is SNAILCHARGE in PVP Server

If my character banned?
I am really love this game since year 2005

It is amazon that i can back to year 2005 in NOSTALRIUS

I would like to know that if my SNAILCHARGE Banned?
I create four character,
First one is SNAILCHARGE, he is a Tauren Hunter at level 26
Second one i have forget it , because she is a healer
Third one is UD Warrior at level 8 , and she stay in Brill Hotel
Forth one is Tauren Warrior at Level 11 or 12, and it's my brand new character named nicezhanshi which mean nice warrior.

I 've know that i am love warrior and always love it.

But i cant log into my account be with NICEZHANSHI in Azeroth Again

Anyone would help me?

Greetings,

Your account has never been banned. There are two common reasons that might be preventing your login:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.

Dear Benevael

Good day!
Thanks for your concern for my account problem

I have try to reset my password and want to remove my IP Lock

But my email cant received email from [email protected]
I try more than ten times, but there is no email from nostalrius
Spam box checked also

Could you pls do me a favour that send a password reset email to my email address [email protected] which is my SNAILCHARGE character register email

I am looking forward to your comments

We do not have the capability to do that. It is almost certain that the E-mail was sent to you, but that something is blocking it - either it's in a different spam folder, or your E-mail is forwarded, etc. We can't help you diagnose that problem.
