Account Closed

Few minutes ago I disconnected and couldn't connect to the server anymore.
I kept attempting to get into the game halfy connecting but never really getting past the char screen.
I reset my WTF and WDB because I figured it might be settings that didn't allow me to login.
I clean one fixed the issue and exit the game, putting old folders back in place to see if it worked now.
After another several Dc's, next message I get is that my account is closed.
Only major gold transactions were a donation from guildbank of 300 G and I bought 176G worth of devilsaur leather of a player.
I received no e-mail communication and I have no idea what the cause of this is
