Can't log into account

I currently cannot log on to my account. Every time I do, I am instantly disconnected, most likely because I recently relocated, and I am IP locked out of my account.

I know the "solution" is to reset my IP lock. I have tried that. Unfortunately, the website tells me the reset email has been sent "successfully," but it isn't being sent at all. I have checked my spam/junk/deleted mail folder, and there's nothing there, so I am just not receiving the emails at all. I've found other people are also having this issue as well.

Can a GM please intervene on this situation? My character is Hobobobo (Rogue, Horde) on the PvP server.

Same problem here too with some old low-lvl chars that are on separate accounts.
Can login fine onto website on both accounts and both are also in good standing (as in: not banned), but in-game I get insta-DC when trying to log on there.
Logging onto more "active" accounts is fine.
Tried the reset password/IP function but on neither account's email accounts I get any emails at all.

EDIT: After finding the emails under the spam filter and changing password the accounts could be used again.
My guess is that accounts that haven't been used in a while might have been given this IP lock from the recent anti-hack announcement.

This may be my problem as well but I am in the same boat as both of you... I'm not receiving emails
