Ban Appeal revamp / follow-up

Hello there just wondering if someone please could take a look at this, read my appeal first then come back please come back here and read through this "salute".

ITS FUCKING GONE
Before reading make sure you spent some time looking at my ban appeal and reading it thank you again.
Im very upset regarding this situation and how things turned out now.
The person who triggered it and caused this situation made it way to fast, this is clearly a mistake.
So this is how i look at the situation right now and from what i manage to find out by myself and also what i would be really glad to get some answers on.
1. Three players out of nine in a raid group earned this seven days ban.
The situation that happen where i already stated that i was not apart on "and also i was afk during its happening." So how come that three out of nine or may i missed something or someone?
yeah the guy that raged on me because i had to leave.
2. "why did he say three out of nine" After the beast died one guy became a bit upset because the only tank had to leave. Can he by any chance made a report and also made the painting bigger than what it actually is/was because he did not like the tank, "After his call to leave the raid group?"
3. Right now it feels like this seven days ban will most likely be gone before i get any help witch really suck.
Or maybe the staff will take a look at it in seven years

If you are working so much and having so many posts to handle is it not it time to find some more co-workers?
I am sure that there is plenty of people out there willing to help out.
Maybe even breaking some language barriers for some players and countries.
Building a team of admins or game masters or whatever you call it is just like any team,
Take a football team for example you will have some really skilled players and this one out of a kind player but you will also get the dead weight witch most people hate but will eventually will become better with a guide, Otherwise you just get rid of them.
This is very simple and a risk you have to take as an owner "Boss."
And i think its time to increase the staff after spending some time on the forum you do not need to be a rocket scientist to see this.
4. So at last will my post just going to fade out once the ban is over or?
I wont agree on that including that this was my final warning,
As it said in the ban message i got when i logged in.
What if i happen to get into another group with some rotten eggs and where someone in the raid group decides to pull ragnaros and kite him true the wall, or dodging chromaggus breaths "exploiting game mechanics" or not depending on who you ask?
Then i will be punished with a permanent ban?
