Account Hacked

Hello,

I mistakenly posted in the 'Support' forum section instead of popping into the 'Account Issues' sub-section forum.

At any rate, I'm seeking assistance as my account was hacked and my character wiped clean of all items, gold and gear.

I have since changed my password to a far more secure one as a result.

Just bumping this post as I haven't received any correspondence as of yet from the accounts team/GMs.

This is my first time with an issue so I've no real idea as to how they are handled on Nostalrius. I assume they are inundated with tons of requests like these on a daily basis but I appreciate any help that comes my way.

Greetings,

Unfortunately we do not restore items or gold lost as a result of account compromise. However, your account is not banned, so make sure you have changed your password to something stronger, so that it does not happen again.
