Username or email is wrong~help me plz~

Hi~
When I registered account ，I didn't receive a confirmation message from email.
As you kmow ，I have never changed the password.
When I went to chang the password today,the system told me "username or email is wrong!!!"
I can tell you all the information about my account,Including mail/ registration time/information of the role etc.
Is there any GM who can help me?
I don't want three months of effort in vain .I love this game!

Nostalrius staff will never ask for your account details or share any confidential information. For the safety of your account, never release any information that could be used for illicit purposes. Such as email addresses, account names or passwords.

A. Account security

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Nostalrius staff does not recover hacked accounts. You should:

Never share your account information;
Have a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
Connect yourself from a secure computer and network;
Never download unsafe files that might contain viruses/malware.

They wont, read the rules. It is your own responsibility.

Why? If I didn't receive confirmation message, If I correctly typed account data when registered. But for some reasons (i don't know what reasons) it doesn't work. I have the same problem. I tried to register new account and now it is neccessary to get confirmation message before continuing registration. But earlier, when I registered it was not.

But FarmerJoe is right, they will not help, cuz rules.

The error message that you are getting means that you are entering either a username or an E-mail that is incorrect. It's good to check both, but it probably is the E-mail that is the issue. Very likely you forgot what E-mail you used, or you used an invalid one.

We cannot help in this situation. You will need to remember what E-mail you used. We do not provide account information for security reasons.
