Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,

As the title says, the password and account information was compromised recently, I don't know what caused it, but I've since changed every account where I have that password and the password to my Nostalrius account has never been written anywhere besides on your servers, it's purely in my head.

I'm assuming this is why the account was banned, since I spoke to friends in-game that said I was online when I know I wasn't, but nothing was missing and nothing seemed weird, so I assumed that I was safe changing passwords to everything that could be possibly related, as well as cleaning my computer and enabling 2 factor authentication wherever possible.

Could I receive some more information on why my account is banned or if that's not possible provide me with some information regarding who gained access (like IP logs) so that I can track down the issue?

Just adding some information that might be usefull:

Last recorded login 16th is me, that was the date I discovered that the account information was compromised, changed my passwords and promptly forgot it, recovered it again yesterday, hopefully no one has been logged on since then because I haven't had time to play due to uni.

Before that I can't remember playing since middle / late january, where I left Reserved, joined Preserved. I logged on a few more times in January, but I don't remember logging on at all from january to march 16th.

I know when I logged on the 16th I did so because friends contacted me asking why I was ignoring them, which is why I'm confident I lost control of the account, for example Yamille and Dhomden were on ignore, despite them both being close friends to me. My last raid or dungeon played was in late January, where I joined Yamille for a part PUG MC raid. I can't remember if I left town after that, but I'm pretty sure I didn't.

I think I'm remembering a few conversations I had, so if you want I can confirm that it was indeed me by sharing the conversation topics and the people I was speaking to.

Legit guy, I can vouch for him.

II. Account Information
Nostalrius staff will never ask for your account details or share any confidential information. For the safety of your account, never release any information that could be used for illicit purposes. Such as email addresses, account names or passwords.

A. Account security

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Nostalrius staff does not recover hacked accounts. You should:

Never share your account information;
Have a unique and complicated password that does not exceed 16 characters;
Connect yourself from a secure computer and network;
Never download unsafe files that might contain viruses/malware.

C. Forgotten your password

I have full control of the account and all the associated information, such as most of the IP adresses I've ever accessed the account from, the e-mail, the account itself etc, my problem is not that I don't have full control over it, I do, it is that it's banned.

Already done and I've just completed the third one since I discovered the breach, the account is as safe as it can be! Account is also IP locked to my country.
