Not Receiving Ip lock/Password Reset Email

I have submitted the form for a password reset request as well as a Ip lock change. It says it has gone through on the website and that it has successfully sent; however, I am not receiving any emails for nostalrius at all... I have checked all folders on this email and am still receiving my regular emails
