Dear GM,
I am a sincere gamers, and love this server deeply .Inorder to better protect account security,you took IP lock measure.You are so dedicated and caring for gamers like me.
But last year, I registered the game account,and have forgotten this email address registered long time ago. so now I cannot change the password to lift a cipher lock. As a leader in my team,it would make me gulty if I lose this account.
I love this game and all my team members , I hope you can help me to return to the game once again.
My first account ID is moomka ,and game character's name is skice.
My second account ID is zjh825724282 ,game character's name is Brandomalon
Your kind help will be highly appreciated,and I am looking forward to your reply at your greatest convenience.

Remove your account names for security. They only need your character names and the server you play on.

None of these accounts are banned. Try removing the country lock at https://en.nostalrius.org/password
As I assume you are using a VPN.

Dear GM, I know needs through the mailbox to change the password, to play to unlock, but last year, registered account function is not perfect, registered account don't need through the mail confirmation, cause I didn't fill in the correct mailbox, now need to change password through email to, but I cannot change the password, please you as appropriate treatment, I really love this game, hope replay Azeroth, could I provided all you need to confirm my identity information, you approve。

They do not give that information out or restore emails.
