My account has been banned and I can't log in on the website to see why (I can't think of any reason for the ban). I tried changing password but still can't access the website.

I recently opened a c.o.d containing a quiver for 40g by mistake with my mail addon. Got a bit upset and tired of that character and decided to sell everything on it and re-roll.
