ive been banned for an unknown reason to me after a disconnection issue...ive spent A LOT of time on this character ( level 48 horde shaman, krazic). I would love to be able to play him again, but if its the case that I will not be able to play him, then I would rather not start over and quit. please get back to me

Also ive been waiting 3 days for a reply, I'm extremely aggrevated that it has taken this long to get back to me.
