Help for old Account

Hi Nostalrius Team,

i have a Problem with my old account. I played since the beginning of this server. In those days you dont need any email verification. 8 months ago i stopped playing cauze my Laptop crashed and i couldnt play anymore. Now i want to join your server again but i cant login on my account. Maybe i cant remember the right accountname or password.
I cant reset my password, cauze my account is not linked with any email adress. Now i need some help to recover my 60 Mage named "Smüsli" on Nostalrius - PvP. I have some friends and guild member that can confirm that this Mage/account is mine. I dont have screenshots cauze my Laptop is dead.

If u wanna contact me ingame, i am 24/7 online on my lvl 1 pally "Smullemuller" idling in Goldshire, on the new account i made for communication with the GM's.

We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account (as you mentioned), or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability.) If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.
