Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,

My account appears to be perma banned as of this morning. My highest level of toon is Smellikat at lvl 15 on PVE. I have been away a few months and am super casual. Decided to play a bit last night. My game was crashing on load last night so I attempted a few tricks. Maybe one of these triggered something.

My attempts to fix my login issue. None worked.
1. I renamed my addons folder to validate that an addon wasn't the issue
2. I clicked Repair.exe. I know that was probably a stupid attempt.
3. I was unable to download a new client for reinstall because the website link is down.
4. This morning I attempted a reboot. Login screen now says I'm banned. I then checked the website and I was flagged.

Please help. I don't believe my account was hacked as all my characters are in there typical locations and are very low level. I am terrified to invest into this server if I fear a random ban would kill my character.

This account was banned because it appeared to be compromised as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave. This didn't have anything to do with the actions you took.

We have placed the account ban under account compromised review. We will get back to you with a determination in this thread, or further instructions.
