Account Permanently Banned

Droider Tauren Druid lvl 12-13 somewhere, Nostalrius PVE.
If the above isnt correct i have a Dwarf Hunter lvl 24 on Nostalrius PVP but havent played on that since the Fall 2015.

I honestly have no idea why im Permanently banned, havent played for the past 2 weeks, im trying to remember what i did last time i logged in but this is all the information i can provide.
