Disconnected when log in

Greetings!

So I just came home from a 3 months "vacation", tried to log on to both of my accounts, but just got disconnected all the time before I even could see the charater list. This happened on both accounts. When I try to log in on the official website it says "bad credentials", and I don't get any e-mail when trying to reset my password. However, here on the forums I can log in just fine.
What may be causing this? And can it please be fixed?

You may have tried to log in during a period in which our login server was down. Please post again in this thread if you are still having difficulties logging in.

If it is in fact working now, please do NOT post that, since it will bump the thread unnecessarily! :)

The problem was the IP lock feature, which I managed to remove on my main account.
But when I'm trying to do the same on my alt account, I don't get any e-mail. I don't know if this problem comes from my side or yours, so is it possible to change to another e-mail adress?

Greetings,

You will need to determine why you are not receiving the E-mail; check your junk/spam folders and maybe white-list [email protected]. We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability.) If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.
