infinite herb respawn bug

BUT i don't understand why my account cannot be appealed because i missed a time window??? I would like my account reconsidered since i was unable to request the appeal until - Mon Mar 28, 2016 5:44 pm - my first post because of moving around. So please help me enjoy this awesome game and world you've recreated!
