My friends account is unrecoverable

I am posting this for my friend , her account login info will not work. When I tried to log in myself , I too was unable to log in . I was using a client downloaded via feenix , and re downloaded the new client via MEGA and had no issues changing the password again and viola I was logged in.

she re downloaded it and still to no avail nothing worked. We both tried from different computers and different IP addresses to reset the password and still nothing. Can a Mod or GM help us? the email she used is also not recognized anymore to even use the password reset system. We need help at this point. Can I be PM;d by a staff member to provide her log in info please?
