A appeal regarding my friend

Dear GM team,
My account is Objectiver, a Mage. I need your help.
My friend’s account Kzvalkyrie, a warrior who has been banned temporarily due to a suspicious transaction, which was flagged as gold trafficking. This ban is under review till now.
Actually, I am the party in this case. He helpd me sometimes so that I can level up from 1 to 60 easily.
A few months ago (if I am right, it is January). I borrowed him 200 golds to purchase an Edgemsater’s handguards. Your know it is very expensive.
As he is a warrior and is not online often. When my other account Ngix, a warrior level up 60. He return 300 golds back to my warrior on March.
My friend played with this account almost one year, this is the first time do a transaction among friends. Maybe I am naive, however I hope your GM team can unban his account. As this is just a common transaction like we do in real world. For example, I borrowed some money from a friend to purchase a car recently.
