looking to find out why my account is closed

PVE server syliamoon lvl 6 location ironforge

ran to ironforge from darnasus upon reaching lvl 5 to go quest in gold shire reached ironforge said a few things my chat channels were not showing up figured it was a lua error cause by an add-on of i did something wrong please tell me and ill understand if i did nothing wrong please unlock my account. if u tell me i was gold trading ill tell you you full of crap since my highest lvl toon on the account is 19 and has 1 gold

if you tell me i was botting ill say your full of crap i have never needed a 3rd party POS program to play for me
the only auto run feture i use ios the one provided by the game and thats numberlock in your keybindings
