The Page is just blank saying welcome to the server..

How do I cange my password or mail bount to my account ?

You can change your password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
There is no current way to change the E-mail address associated with the account.

I'm not sure how to help you further than that; it sounds like you are logging into the web login page. Have you tried logging in with the game client?
