i got banned probably because i have 2 account one is my main and the other is a shared banker account
i probably got banned for send 1k gold from the banker to my main. can you please reconsider taking off my ban on heavyaggro please.

That explains why the banker was perma-banned. Account sharing is bannable.

no my main wasn't shared it was only the banker. and i didn't know that share accounts are bannable.

It is stated in the Terms of Use (ToU) :

B. Account sharing/trading

You may not purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, and any such attempt will result in an immediate account closure.

Yes. All GM's need is a character name and realm name - I think you wrote that already.
