Hello !

My friend has asked me to come play with him again, so i tried to log on my mage . First i was unable to with my old account info, then i came to realze that after changing my password i am permanently banned. I have quit playing and everything was just fine when I did. I didnt log in game for 6 months and now i come to see that im banned?

Thats the only character on my account too . Please look into this nonsense.

This account was banned because it appeared to be compromised as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.

As i mentioned earlier and as shown on realmplayers, I've just had gotten the trinket and the off hand speed boost for wsg runs , and after failing to get rank 11 for 3rd week in row , I just alt-f4'd and didnt log back in.

I have followed your instructions and reset password, quick note i had already reset it after being unable to log in with my original info , just to realize I was banned for no reason.
