Regarding your E-mail issue, you will need to remember what E-mail you used to change your password.

Your friend should write for himself. You have no idea what your friend or his brother did for example.
GM's will not provide evidence for the bans, since that may reveil how they detect bans. If your friend is innocent, HE - and not YOU - can post more information if he have any.

Yes, hacking/cheating is the use of 3rd party software that modifies the game to achieve some advantage. This is why your friend's account was banned, as it was detected.
