Account Issue

Hello,
I'm currently unable to log in to my account i get the message "disconnected from server" shortly after the message "connecting". i went to verify on the website and i'm unable to log in to the website too, i get the message "Login failed! Bad credentials.".
I changed my password, and still not working. doesn't seem an IP Lock problem since it's disabled on my account as far as i know.
Hope, you'll assisst me to solve this, and that it's not a major issue that can be fixed in a short time.

EDIT: I'm able to log in again, thank you.
but i still want your advice to not have this problem another time.

Greetings,

There are two common reasons that might have been the cause:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.
