can you help me to correct the email?

Dear staff:
I got IP locked, when i change my password i found that my register email is incorrect, it suppose to be [email protected]
, but after i tried many times, it turns out my register email seems to be [email protected]. This mail with @qq.cm even doesnt exist due to invalid mail formats. I was careless when i register my email that i didnt type "o" for com. Is this mistake can be remedied? can you change my register my email to [email protected] so i can change my password. I can provide any info related to this acct. Thank you very much and im looking for you reply.

We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability.) If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help. I do not know whether that particular address would be deemed as invalid.
