Automatic disconnect and can't log in on website

Hi,

I am having trouble with my account logging into both the client and the Nostalrius website. I saw some suggestions to go reset the password on the account, but then realized that the website would not accept any credentials I typed in for the username/password OR username/email address on the "forgot password" page.

It seems as though all traces of the account has disappeared and the client reacts as if you were putting something random in the username field, because I tested putting random numbers in for the account name and got the same results as trying to log into the other account.

EDIT: Regardless of putting in the correct password or incorrect password, it is automatically disconnected when the account name is in the "username" field.

A couple of characters on the account and their locations:

NOSTALRIUS PVP REALM
Yamata, lvl 10 Night Elf warrior, Stormwind City
Teetom, lvl 6 Tauren druid, Teldrassil

Your account has never been banned.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Note that you can only log in to the web login page from the same IP address as your last in-game address, which would also fit this explanation if your IP address has changed recently.
