Account Hacked and Banned PERM!

Greetings! My account (with my char Xazza) has been hacked and baned for no reason!!! Help please! I dont know what i do wrong! I spend a lot of time on my char. Please help.
2 days ago i sell black lotus from trade,could be that reason of ban?
And i send my friends new char some gold for mail(ITS THAT CRIME TO HELP FRIENDS).
Please help, im not goldseller.
I spend 3 mounth on this char,please, remove ban.

Your account was banned due to a suspicious transaction, which was flagged as gold trafficking. I need a bit more detail from your explanation:
- How many black lotus did you sell (if you remember)
- What was the name of your friend's character that you sent gold to?
- And is there anything else that you remember that could have triggered the ban?
